All offices are closed for these holidays but someone is on-call for emergencies: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Pioneer Day (in Utah July 24th), Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Payment Options

  • Payment on Delivery (COD)
  • NET 30 DAYS: You have 30 days to pay for the delivery. (OAC only)
  • Equal Payment Plan (EPP). Estimated equal monthly payments will be withdrawn through EFT (OAC only)

  • We accept cash, check, money order or debit/credit card.

Discount Prices

  • Customers on a route will receive an additional 10 cents per gallon discount
  • Summer discount on filled tanks: 15 cents off per gallon from April 1st through August 31st, if the tank is completely filled

Returned Payments

There will be a $20 service fee on all returned payments. Customers whose payments are repeatedly returned may be asked to pay for deliveries using means other than check.

Equal Payment Plans (EPP)

No more worries about big bills or running out of gas!

  • EPP customers are automatically put on a route
  • EPP customers must have approved credit
  • EPP customers don't have to pay a big, one-time bill. We will average your usage through the year and determine what your monthly payment should be to cover that usage. The amount will be written on your contract.
  • Your payment will automatically be withdrawn by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) on the date that you choose.
  • Your account will be reviewed at the end of each contract period, and the payment amount will be adjusted accordingly.
  • Note: If your payment is returned, you will be charged a $20 service fee.

New Contracts

Contract period is from April 1st of the current year through March 31st of the following year. Contracts are normally made in March so we can begin pulling the monthly payment in April. We will continue to accept new contracts after April, however, the monthly payment will be more per month because it will be divided by less than 12 months when the monthly payment is figured.
