Roosevelt, UT Office: Covers everything west of Lapoint & Ft Duchesne to Heber & Park City.

Vernal, UT Office: Covers Vernal and surrounding area to Jensen and Manila, as well as Dinosaur and Rangely in Colorado.

Craig, CO Office: Covers a 60 mile radius around Craig, CO and surrounding area including Steamboat Springs, CO

All offices are closed for these holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Pioneer Day (in Utah July 24th), Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
